Magazines and newspapers: Follow instructions usually shown on the second or third page.
Credit cards, banks, investment firms, insurance companies: Complete the bottom or back of billing statements and mail them in.
Internal Revenue Service: Call 1-800-829-3676 for an IRS Change of Address form or click Form 8822 to select, download, and print it and most other IRS tax forms.
For general purpose use: Pick up a supply of free Form 3576 address notification postcards at your post office or print your own Address Notification Letters.
